“The first call I had was a bit awkward and disorganized. What really stood out to me, though, was that they require a Covid-19 vaccination. It's 2025, and there's a lot of research out there showing the vaccine isn't effective. If the company's leadership isn't making decisions based on data for something like hiring requirements, it makes me think the quality of life at work might not be great.
