After applying with a resume and cover letter, there were a few assessments that took over 4 hours including a personality assessment, a coding assessment, and a logic assessment. Then, I had an initial 30-minute meeting to discuss the role. The main interview lasted over 4 hours and included a 1-hour software demo, 2 hours discussing role descriptions, a 1-hour group scenario, a 15-minute individual presentation, and a 30-45 minute individual interview.

This was easily the most time-consuming job interview I've ever been through. First, they made us attend a mandatory Zoom call with other candidates to talk about the job, but they didn't share key info like pay or benefits. When I asked about flexibility, they insultingly compared job seekers asking for it to 'burger flippers'. Then came a series of 4 really weird quizzes. The questions had absolutely no connection to the role itself. I don't understand why I was asked development-related questions for a non-development position or why I had to solve math problems irrelevant to the actual job duties.

I applied online through Handshake. I was given three online assessments, in which my camera was on and I was recorded through HonorLock. They were fairly timed, and I was given plenty of time to think through each question. They were difficult, considering I don't have a background in computer science and/or tech, but definitely not impossible. Overall, I think I did ok on the assessments, not bad even, but thankfully, I wasn't selected to go to the next stage.
