So the interview process involved a bunch of different stages. There were several rounds of testing, and also some phone interviews, plus presentations and meetings. I actually liked the testing parts they had. Some logic questions were fun, and some coding ones were tough, not something I'd done in ages. But trying to schedule what felt like a million interviews and tests was kinda a pain. In the end, they offered me a role that seemed more like a mix of dev and IT, not exactly what I applied for as an Integration Engineer, so I turned it down.

I started by dropping my resume on their job portal. About a week later, there was a short phone interview, which was just a standard resume review and some quick questions. A week after that, I had to take some online assessments. It was over 4 hours of online testing. The tests had basic math and logic questions, kind of like ACT or SAT. There was also a coding part where they gave me parts of MCODE and I had to answer logic questions. Plus, there were coding questions where I had to design 3 programs in a language I picked. And a bunch of personality quizzes. Then, a week later, I was asked to do a final interview and another set of assessments for the TS position. The interview itself was more than 4 hours, including their presentations and demos.

I applied for a Technical Specialist (TS) position in August 2023. After applying, I got a link for an online assessment and a quick 15-minute chat with a current TS. The online assessment had logic puzzles, quick math problems, and pseudocode questions, and it took me about 2 hours. About a week after that phone chat, I was invited for the final interview. The final interview was split into group and one-on-one parts. First, there was a group interview giving a general intro to Epic and Madison, WI. Then, another group interview with a TS to talk more about the job. After that, I had a one-on-one case study. The last part was a one-on-one chat with a recruiter where they asked some typical HR questions. I then got a link for a coding assessment, which had 4 LeetCode-style problems. A week after submitting the coding assessment, I got a call to interview for the Integration Engineer role. I had a brief phone call with an Integration Engineer, and they extended an offer the same day.
