Registered Behavior Technician
It's a great place to work. The staff is professional and caring, and there is room for advancement. Contract work is available with a generous benefit package. The interview was comfortable, and placement took a few weeks. I love this company, but unfortunately, I moved to another state.
- Could you describe your experience as an RBT?
Special Education Teacher
I was screened by Therapy Travelers, then interviewed with the special education director in the district. After that, I interviewed with the special education director again. I was offered a position the same day.
- How do you handle student and parent issues when they come up? How do you build relationships?
Behavior Interventionist
Someone interviews you to see if you're a good fit for placement. Most of the time, it's for a school. If you get through that first interview, the school will then interview you.
- What makes you want to work with a specific population?
Speech Language Pathologist
The interview process was quick and easy. After the recruiter call, they helped me find several places to interview with. The interviews themselves varied; some involved scenario questions, while others focused on my past experience. The recruiter provided great follow-up after the interviews.
