I had an initial chat with the recruiter, they were friendly and shared details about the job, also mentioning the company's layoffs. About two weeks later, I spoke with a manager. A week after that, I went in person for interviews with other team members and had to give a presentation. After that, they just stopped responding. No feedback, no updates. It felt like they were trying to speed through things on their end, but were slow to give updates on my status.

The hiring process was standard - first a phone interview with HR, then an on site interview with a panel of people. The offer was decent, but the company was unwilling to provide me with an unpaid maternity leave. They kept me waiting for a long time before finally refusing my demands and shutting down the hiring process.

I had a phone interview that went well and the interviewer was really nice. I think I didn't have the specific experience they were looking for this time. They actually reached out again six months later about another role, but I wasn't available. Seems like a great company that really values people they like.

I got a phone interview after applying through LinkedIn. They emailed me back within a few days. It was a pretty standard process, the hiring manager asked about my previous experiences and the lab techniques I'm familiar with. They also inquired about my ideal work environment and my most desired job.
