First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epic Personnel Partners.
Laborer
It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked very generic background questions, like asking if I'm authorized to work in the US. The interviewer was polite, and the questions didn't need a lot of technical knowledge.
- Do you have experience working as a laborer?
Supply Chain Analyst
I was contacted on a Thursday evening and went in the next morning to drop off my resume. I followed up on my status multiple times, but it became apparent they were primarily seeking candidates for entry-level warehouse roles, which wasn't the position I applied for. I wouldn't suggest this office unless you're okay with 12-15 hour shifts, which isn't feasible for most.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Logistics Manager
I wasn't sure about the interview location initially; it was in a small suite in Lancaster. The staff took a long time to notice me, and I ended up spending about an hour filling out paperwork before I even knew if I had a chance at the job.
- What makes you want to be employed at this company?
