First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epic Management.
Studio Manager
It's an online interview where your responses are recorded. They're checking for a specific cultural fit related to the area's demographics. I would not recommend this opportunity; it seems like people leave frequently.
- Tell me about your relevant experience for this role and your future aspirations.
- What is your vision for your future career path?
Registered Nurse
A recruiter will set up a live interview that will be held on the Go To Meeting app on your computer, laptop, or mobile device. I was interviewed by two nurse managers. The interview lasted about 25-30 minutes. The types of questions were situational and behavioral.
- Why did you choose this specialty?
- What are your long term professional goals?
- How would you deal with a difficult co-worker?
Service Desk Technician
I applied online, and then they reached out to schedule an interview. The interviewers were really nice. They asked pretty standard questions for a role like this, covering teamwork and experience with different tools.
- Can you explain what a LAN is?
