- Por que você acha que deveríamos te contratar?
Software Developer
I had a first interview to get to know the company and introduce myself. The interview was quite long, about 30-40 minutes, and went really well. It was basically a conversation about my background, projects, and experiences. The company also talked about their culture, expectations, salary, and benefits.
- Tell me about the biggest challenge you faced in your most recent project.
Fullstack Developer
First contact with HR was very positive, they answered all my questions and was super charismatic! No rambling or irrelevant questions, no time wasted and straight to the point. Second contact with the manager, the only downside was only 30 minutes of conversation, where I would have liked to talk a little more to clear up more doubts, but everything I could ask was answered. There were some verbal technical questions and they explained how their IT works, I liked it a lot and the information was clear.
- Could you share your background and career journey?
- What has been your most significant challenge in your career?
- What is prompting your job search at this time?
Product Owner
The interview process was very well conducted, up until the point of waiting for feedback from the company that was recruiting. What really upset me was that several times I was questioned about guaranteeing acceptance of the offer, since ePharma is their client and it wouldn't be a strange situation if I refused. I was also asked if I was in other selection processes. Each time I affirmed my interest in the role, but there was no reciprocity, as the process concluded and they didn't give me the feedback they informed I would receive.
- Could you tell me about your availability?
- What are your skills that match the ones listed in the job description?
- Are you aligned with the proposed benefits and salary?
