Senior .NET Developer
I had the pleasure of connecting with Ann during my most recent opportunity search in the Dallas, Texas area. She really went out of her way to make a daunting and unfamiliar process as painless as possible. Her pleasant and friendly nature really did help put my nerves at ease. Ann always answered my questions in a timely manner and always made sure I was kept up to date throughout the entire candidacy process. I am very grateful for the commitment she made to help me avoid that experience as it's one of the most demoralizing feelings a job seeker can ever face. She is a true professional and definitely one of the better recruiters out there!

Business Intelligence Developer
I had a really great time interviewing with the company. The recruiter was super professional and seemed really excited about the company. Ann got in touch with me after I applied online for a BI developer role, and set up an interview pretty quickly. The lead developers who interviewed me were clearly experts and didn't hold back on sharing their own experiences and insights. I noticed they have a snack area too, which was cool. It's impressive how much they seem to care about keeping their employees well-fed with lots of fruits and healthy snacks. I saw them having lunch together later, and the team seems to be very technical and work well together, with a lot of senior engineers and PhDs collaborating closely. If you're a developer who loves engineering and software, I'd definitely suggest applying. I felt lucky to get the chance to interview with them.

Software Engineer
I applied online and then Ann contacted me. The first interview was a programming exercise. After that, the second interview was over the phone with Bryan and Kim. They asked behavior questions, basic HTML CSS and AngularJS questions, plus a detailed exploitation about the source code of the exercise. They were professional and friendly, and the hiring process was fast. It was a great experience interviewing with them.
- Could you design a tax return form?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your thoughts on basic HTML, CSS, and AngularJS?
BI Developer
The interview process moved really fast while they were still interested in me. I was surprised when I got a call from someone else for a Skype interview. They also didn't show their faces during the Skype interview, so be ready for that because it kind of messed with my performance since I was looking at myself the whole time.
