I got an email saying they wanted to do a phone call, which lasted about an hour and was pretty professional. Then, two days later, another email asked me to come in person. I met with two of the company leaders for a sit-down interview where they asked about my background, technical skills, and past work. After that, they showed me around the place. To wrap things up, I got a booklet about their benefits and who to contact.
