I went to an interview at one location, but when I arrived the position there had already been filled. They decided to meet with me anyway and were really impressed, so they sent my info over to another location. That other location then interviewed me over the phone. It was a quick chat, but I thought the questions they asked were great for letting me show them who I am as a clinician and as a person.

I submitted my resume and got a call from HR to schedule an interview at the facility. Not long after, I was offered a job, but it was conditional on passing a drug test and a background check. Once those were done, they set me up for employee orientation and gave me a start date. The whole thing took about a month.

It was an easy interview, I felt comfortable. There was one nurse manager there. They asked a lot of situational questions. The interview was short, and I got to take a tour of the facility and see what I'd be doing if I got the job.

The interview was very easy, I had questions because it was a rehab facility and not a nursing home, so I asked about how they run things. Overall, I enjoyed the interview and the job.
