First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at eos.
Associate
The interview process was easy, organized, and fun. I got to play with the kids and interact with the employees, who were fun. I also thought it was a cool experience and a great opportunity to be there.
- Do you have a little bit of experience?
Technical Lead
The interview process was okay, but could have been better. The interviewers didn't stick to the scheduled times, and their communication wasn't great. I had to follow up to schedule the interviews, and then I needed to be notified again to attend the calls.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Field Service Technician
The interview process was straightforward. Managers in the region met and asked why I was looking to leave my current job and why I was interested in this company. They also inquired about the company's current situation, how business is going, and my opinions on its strengths and weaknesses.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer is arguing or quarreling?
Office Manager
I had a conversation with the Chief People Coordinator and the Office Manager who is moving on. They gave me a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities involved in the position and we talked about how my background and skills align with the requirements of the role.
- What is your approach to prioritizing tasks?
