Had one quick chat with HR, super easy. They told me I got the role like 2 hours after we finished talking. It was basically a formality since there were 50 of us interns all doing it at the same time. Obviously, they don't pay us!

It was a 4 round interview process. First, I had a chat with a recruiter. If I passed that, I then interviewed with the Director of Business Development. The next two interviews were with Directors of Business Development from different regions, to see which team would be the best fit for me. All the questions were behavioral, focusing on understanding me, my interests, and the role. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes long.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty chill interview process, mostly just a conversation to talk about the company culture, what the job entails, and for me to share about myself and my work style. The second interview was with the Director at a Starbucks, and it was more focused on the job itself. The downside was that they promised to get back to me about the outcome, but never did.

The interview process started with an in-person general interview where they reviewed my portfolio and gave me a design challenge to complete. About a week later, I presented the design challenge I worked on. They made sure the challenge wasn't related to their current projects. The final step was a culture fit interview. In total, I met with 4 employees throughout the process.
