It was pretty easy. We talked about my past shipping and warehouse experience. They explained the company culture and background, and what's expected of employees and management. The whole process didn't take long at all. Just be ready to talk more about your resume and background.

It was a really fast process. Since it was during the pandemic, we did a phone interview. I applied online and then got a call back. Didn't have to go in person. They did require a background check and a drug test. Onboarding was super smooth too. Got started with training right away.

HR recruiter reached out and asked me to respond to an availability calendar. The interview started poorly as the recruiter seemed unprepared and asked me standard questions while loudly typing out my every word. They didn't add any value; it would have been better to just send the questions for a written response. The same recruiter sent another schedule to talk to the hiring manager. I responded a couple of times, but heard nothing. Then, the hiring manager called unexpectedly, and I was unavailable. I followed up, and he seemed like a good person. The recruiter then called to say I missed the unscheduled call. The conversation remained negative, and the recruiter sarcastically wished me a good weekend. I had enough and withdrew my application. It seems like a good company, and based on my brief chat with the hiring manager, we could have worked well together, but the recruiter needs significant training. I have 25+ years of experience and have interviewed many times; this was one of the worst experiences.
