HR reached out for an initial call and set up a meeting with the hiring managers. They seemed unprepared during the interview, asking questions that didn't quite fit the job. It felt like they were just going through the motions to fill a requirement, rather than genuinely trying to find the right person. Didn't seem like a well-organized or thoughtful management style.

I first interviewed remotely with a recruiter for about 30 minutes. We talked about my interests and hobbies, the company, my past jobs, career goals, and the Assistant Project Coordinator role. The recruiter then let me know someone from operations would reach out for a second interview. This was also a 30-minute call. We discussed my previous role's typical day, my reasons for leaving, the Asst PC position's daily tasks, and my questions about training, success, and advancement. They also shared their own career journeys at Envista.

I applied and got contacted for a phone interview pretty quickly. HR was flexible with my schedule for the interview, which I saw as a positive sign. The interview felt like a typical initial phone screening, and I felt good about it, especially since HR had mentioned my background was impressive. However, it seems the other reviews were accurate. After the interview, HR went silent and didn't follow up within the promised week, nor did they reply to my emails or calls. It's incredibly unprofessional to ignore candidates post-interview without providing an outcome. This reflects poorly on the company's operations.
