The interview was in place. Not difficult questions. The manager talk to me about possible insurance benefits, etc, but after doing some research they have offered this benefits to most of the people that have worked there the last few years, so they used to lie to bring people on board. Most of the people leave this company after a couple of years.

I met with the lead engineer. We talked about the company's background. The only questions they asked were about my college experience and the courses I took. Afterwards, we took a tour of the facility. The interviewer then mentioned that the company president is a micromanager and can be very demanding, and also gets in the way a lot.

The interview was great. I had to buzz in and wait a bit but the front desk staff was friendly. My primary contact greeted me, then the main interviewer gave me a tour of the company building and I met the team of biomedical engineers. The rest of the interview was a bit strange as they seemed to need input from their overseas office, and some incomplete agreements were discussed. Overall it was a good interview and we scheduled a second one. There was a phone interview before this that was very simple. The job description didn't accurately reflect the heavy focus on sales, which was a bit misleading but only slightly.

I had 3 interviews with three different managers. It was challenging but I got the job. Lots of employees here and they all seem happy.
