I was first contacted by HR for a screening interview. Throughout the process, I was kept updated on the next steps and the timeline. After the HR screening, I had an interview with the Project Manager, followed by two rounds of team interviews.

The interview began with a friendly recruiter call, and they followed up afterwards. Then, there was a call with three consultants that felt pretty relaxed. They mentioned that the job could involve long hours and staying late, and that I'd need to be okay with that. They gave feedback the next week, which was appreciated, although they advised more preparation for future interviews even though I felt I had prepared a lot. In the second round, they didn't ask specific questions but focused on my willingness to travel, how adaptable I am to working hours, and working late. At times, the interviewers seemed a bit uninterested and didn't have much positive to say about the role.

  • Would you be okay with working late since the work can be unpredictable?
  • Do you feel comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement?

I applied with a cover letter and then had a screening call, followed by an interview. The screening call covered basic questions like why I was interested in this role and the company, and the recruiter also shared some information about the company and the position. This call was with someone from HR, not the hiring manager. She was very nice and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, I didn't move on to the next stage and didn't get any feedback. I thought the call went well, and the interviewer seemed to be nodding along and responding positively to my answers, so it would have been helpful to get feedback on that stage. It took 3 weeks to hear back with a rejection.
