Project Manager
I applied for a role on their website, but didn't finish the application because it asked for references. That same night, a recruiter from an agency called me after hours. We talked the next day, and she said I didn't have experience for the role I applied for, but had other openings. I asked for the job descriptions, and after reviewing them, I decided not to move forward and told the recruiter. Then, the recruiter blew up my email and LinkedIn, begging to talk and promising to advocate for me on the original role. She also started calling me every night way after work hours. After a week of this, I blocked her.
- Can you tell me about your experience with project management in pharma, including tactics?
- Do you have experience working with clients?
Program Assistant
The interview process was quite seamless. I was first reached out to via email to see if I was interested in a Teams meeting, which they called a "welcome chat." This was an opportunity for them to share more about EPG, for me to get to know them, and for me to introduce myself and ask any questions. I felt great after the call – the interviewers were really nice and the casual chat made it less stressful. About a week later, I had another interview on Teams. This time, there were four interviewers, and I was really happy with how it went. Everyone on the panel was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my background and why I wanted to join EPG. The interview started with introductions, then I walked them through my CV and work history. They asked questions as I discussed my CV, focusing on specific experiences and skills I gained from them.
- What makes you want to join the EPG team?
- Can you explain how you handle your workload and priorities?
- Tell me about your background and work experience.
Project Manager
I applied online back in March 2020 and a recruiter reached out right away. We had a first phone chat, and then they asked me to do an assessment. I said yes, not knowing it would take about 5-6 hours! I sent it back within a week, and then nothing. I followed up twice, but still no word. I know things are crazy with the pandemic, but it'd be nice to get a quick reply. I'd say skip this company; they don't seem to value your time, especially asking for a long assignment before you even talk to the hiring manager.
- Can you describe your current responsibilities?
- What motivates your job search?
