The interview process involved answering questions via a pre-recorded video and a full-day interview which included role-playing and separate panels for teachers and administrators. To succeed, you need to set aside your personality and expertise, memorize the Envision language, and follow the script exactly, adapting to the Envision method.

The interview process felt rushed and not very welcoming. It wasn't the best first impression I've ever had. The person interviewing me perhaps was just in a bad mood that day but it certainly put me off working for this company.

It was a three-stage interview process. First, there was a presentation related to the job description test, which was a core value assessment and only lasted an hour. Then, there was a video interview with questions that had already been asked. The final stage involved a face-to-face trial where I had to make phone calls and use their system to interact with potential clients, and I was observed during this. I had to chase them for feedback.

First I had a phone interview which was an opportunity for me to ask lots of questions about the organization and the role. Then I met with the hiring manager in person and she told me more about the role, focusing on the challenges. Then I met the HR Director and the team with which i would be working. We had a panel style interview which was professional, informative, and candid.
