Started with a recruiter call, then had a call with Sr. Engineers/Architects. They were impressed and wanted an onsite after the second phone interview. The onsite technical interview with the team and a behavioral interview with HR went great. No basic CS questions, but relevant architecture/development questions. A couple days after the onsite, the recruiter said no offer, citing a "leadership perspective" mismatch. The experience is negative not just because of the no offer, but also due to the lack of clear feedback after investing time in multiple interviews and taking a day off for the onsite.

I had a couple of phone screenings and interviews. Then I got a call to come in for an in person interview. A few days after that, I got an offer. The in person interview had me and 2 others. They were sometimes firing off questions that seemed random, like they weren't sure what they were doing or what they were supposed to ask.

Started with a recruiter call, then an easy 30-minute phone technical interview with basic OOPs and SQL questions. After that, they invited me for an onsite interview which consisted of 2 rounds, each an hour long. The first round was like an extended version of the phone interview, involving SQL tasks like creating tables, inserting data, and writing queries for joins and group by, along with more OOPs questions. The second round was focused on algorithms, and they tried to really confuse me, so I had to be firm with my answers. Some interviewers were quite rough.

I applied on their website and then got a call for a phone interview with a consultant. They asked general experience questions and some technical ones. Then I went to their office in Ithaca, NY for an on-site interview. It was a panel of 3 people, two BAs and a consultant. They were pretty chill. The on-site was basically a deeper dive into the phone interview topics, focusing on my BA experience and sharing their own. The offer wasn't great, so I wasn't going to take it anyway.
