Communications Manager
Had a recruiter call which was pretty easy, then a chat with the hiring manager, who was really nice. I was told I'd get to the next step but then got ghosted. I tried to follow up but never heard back.
- Tell me about your experience working with a company in transition.
- How would you approach managing communications during a period of organizational change?
Communications Specialist
I sent my cover letter and resume to a contact I had at EDF, and they circulated it until someone was interested in interviewing me for a potential internship. Initially, after the interview, the person decided they didn't have a need for an intern. Later, someone else decided they did want an intern but didn't end up interviewing me. This review is specifically for the first interview I had.
- Can you tell me about a time you made an error or faced a challenge and how you resolved it?
Communications Manager
The interview process was straightforward and well-communicated. It involved video interviews with technical team members and the hiring manager for the role. I also had to complete a written assignment. I found everyone I spoke with to be very approachable, and the interviews felt more like natural conversations, which was a positive experience.
- What do you anticipate being the biggest challenge in this position?
