First I had a phone interview with HR which went pretty well. Then a second interview that was just okay. The hiring manager asked a lot of questions about my skills, driving ability, and how I interact with people. They said there would be a third interview, but then I was ghosted.

I was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely detail-oriented lady named Jet, who I believe was in California. Jet was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her questions regarding the position and painted a picture of the job description that allowed me to understand much more in detail the specifics, expectations, and qualifications ECI was looking for. Her professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, and overall representation of ECI made me even more excited about the opportunity. If the rest of ECI resembles Jet, than I know I have found my last place of employment. I can only hope ECI realizes an asset in her as I have NEVER experienced in the last 25 years of employment with anyone. Thank you EVI and Especially Jet!

It was a pretty long phone interview, about an hour and a half. I felt like I got to show everything I could do for the job. First, they told me what the job involved. Then they asked me some basic HR stuff about teamwork, times I disagreed with my boss, and how I solved problems. They paused a lot to take notes. Overall, it was a good interview, I felt I really showed who I am and why I wanted it. I turned down the offer because the pay wasn't enough for the Bay Area.

I had 3 interviews in about a week. First was a quick chat with the recruiter about the job and my background. Then, I talked to my potential supervisor. Finally, I met with my supervisor and the project manager. It was a professional but relaxed process. They sent me an offer 5 days after the last interview.
