Went through several interviews, met multiple people, and then got ghosted. Later found out from ex-employees that I dodged a bullet. Lots of entry level folks there and some employees were on drugs. Wouldn't suggest working here.

I applied online for one of three HR positions, two HR Generalist and one HR Associate, all with the same pay. One ad mentioned benefits, another a monthly stipend. I got an instant email for an interview. The actual job was different from the online description; it was more of a recruiter role focused on sourcing and interviewing for cleaning positions, not HR Generalist duties like payroll and benefits assistance, which were lies. The current HR manager was leaving, and I would be replacing her. I applied because it was urgently hiring and I needed to leave my situation quickly. I interviewed with the owner, which felt more like a discussion of my current duties than a formal interview. I was told I'd hear back either way but never did. They also made me take an Indeed assessment about compensation and benefits, which was irrelevant to the actual job.

I applied online and heard back pretty quickly. My first interview was a video call with the hiring manager for the region. They talked about the job, the good and bad parts, and asked about my experience. A few days later, I met with the area manager and the person who used to do this job for an in-person interview. This time, the questions were mostly about my future goals and some hypothetical situations. It felt pretty chill and friendly. I didn't get the job, but they let me know within about a week.

Behavioral Presentation

After submitting my resume, I had a long conversation with the Operations Manager. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the Operations Manager for about an hour, focused on improving the recruiting process. Following that, I had a second face-to-face interview with the owner, where I presented a solution based on the Operations Manager's recommendation. I received a job offer after the last interview.
