I applied online and had to answer some questions using the STAR method. Then I got an email to book an interview time. The interview was on Teams with 3 people on the panel. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were quite long and had follow-up parts, but they typed them in the chat so I could check them. They felt specific, but fair. It was a good chat, with a lot of back and forth, not just Q&A. It lasted about an hour and I got to ask my questions at the end. I got an offer a week later. The background checks took a while, like a couple of months, so the whole thing was lengthy but worth it.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interview rounds. The first was with the team lead, and the second with the programme manager. They both asked STAR-format questions and wanted a deep dive into my past projects and job experiences. They were keen on understanding how I dealt with difficulties, worked with others, and achieved outcomes. They also asked follow-up questions to get more details about my specific duties and how I made choices when things got complicated.
