Intern
The interview process felt really structured, like they were just going through a checklist. The interviewers were external so they didn't know much about the role or company culture. Because of that, it felt a bit rushed and not as engaging as I'd hoped. I wish there had been more time for open discussion and a better feel for the job and team.
- Tell me about a time you collaborated with a challenging group.
Intern
There were two interviewers, who were hiring managers but not from the company. They were really nice. The questions were given out the day before so I had time to prep. They score you out of 7 for each question.
- Can you share an instance of when you collaborated effectively within a team?
- Could you describe a situation where you had to manage multiple tasks simultaneously?
Intern
First, you'll have to fill out a form where you answer questions about your competencies using the STAR method. Then, there's an online interview for about 50 minutes. It's a competency-based interview focusing on teamwork and data management skills, with follow-up questions. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
- Tell me about a time you were part of a team. Were there any challenges?
- Tell me about your experience with data management and follow-up.
