Communication before the interview was good, they confirmed the appointment and said to reach out if any issues. I was interviewed by 3 people, one mentioned being there for diversity. They took turns asking questions. There was a warm-up question and then 4 questions about the application competencies, which were different from the application questions. Sometimes they asked follow-up questions. I used the STARR format for my answers. I'd say the interview difficulty was average because I had lots of career examples that fit the competencies, any extra difficulty was just my nerves. They were fine with me looking at notes, which was helpful as I had some bullet points.

The interviewers seemed tired and logged on late. They appeared to be looking for specific keywords and answers instead of broader experience. I suspect the role went to an internal candidate because it was very EA specific.
