First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Envases Universales Group.
Quality Technician
It was a very easy interview, no psychological tests or anything like that. The key is to be a punctual person who never misses work; the company doesn't have a culture of seasonal layoffs, which brings peace of mind to employees.
- Where do you live?
- What are your goals?
- What do you like?
Coordinator
They do a series of interviews and exams to select you. The process is good but there was a lack of seriousness from the recruiters as they kept me waiting for the contract signing and when I had already been accepted, on the day of the contract delivery mine didn't arrive and in the end they told me that I was considered only for the second phase of the company; which made me waste time and reject other job offers.
- What can you contribute to the company if it's an area different from your career?
Export Manager
The whole process was quick and simple. It started with HR, then I met with the Manager and Sales Director. Everything wrapped up in about two weeks. They were upfront about what they expected and happy to answer any questions I had.
- What is your age?
- Are you married?
- Do you have children?
Auditor de Procesos Productivos
First, HR interviewed me over the phone. Then, the Director of Audit interviewed me via video call. After that, I interviewed with the Audit Manager (who is the boss of the position). I didn't get any follow-up calls or emails.
- Tell me about your professional background.
- What was your greatest professional achievement?
- How would you carry out an audit?
