Technical Recruiter
The process was very smooth and easygoing. The panel members were great and supportive. Some tough questions were asked, but overall it was a good experience. The DSa and high-level design questions were tricky. Good culture.
- Can you tell me about yourself, including your strengths and weaknesses?
Test Engineer
So I had a phone interview first, then they flew me out to their campus for an in-person. I met with like 3 or 4 people from the team. They all asked me some basic technical questions because I'm an intern, like how to solve an LRC circuit or how to design an ADC.
- Can you draw the symbol for a NAND gate?
- Now, show me how to design a NAND gate using transistors.
Senior Staff Engineer
I applied on their website and got a quick response. The interview was in a new, modern building. The interviewers were friendly and stayed on schedule. They seemed really eager to hire. The employees seemed very committed to the company's new direction.
- What's your reason for leaving Qualcomm to join us?
Intern
HR reached out and set up a phone interview. They started by explaining their work and what they needed from me. Then, they reviewed my resume and asked some questions specific to the internship. The interviewers were very friendly. I received feedback via email a week later.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- What are your thoughts on the intern responsibilities?
