First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entrepreneurs' Organization.
Executive Assistant
I applied via LinkedIn and was quickly contacted for an initial chat. The HR person I spoke with was very friendly, outgoing, and made an effort to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. The questions were pretty typical for this kind of role at other places.
- Describe a situation where you couldn't get stakeholders to agree on something.
External Engagement Coordinator
Applied online. Then, I had a videotaped interview with a 1.5 - 2 min. limit per question. We communicated via email back and forth, where they asked about my salary expectations. I received an offer which was $11,000 below the bottom of my range. I sent a counter. No response was received.
- What do you know about our company?
- Tell me about yourself.
- Can you share an instance where you took the initiative and describe the outcome?
Human Resources Manager
It was an online interview process. The interview itself was pretty standard. However, I never heard back from the hiring manager after the interview. I followed up multiple times. Eventually, I got a passive-aggressive response telling me to wait. After that, there was no more communication.
- What is your motivation for applying to this role?
- Could you describe a project you've worked on that involved technology?
Program Coordinator
The process was well-organized. After reviewing the job posting and submitting my resume, I had an initial phone call. Then, I completed a technical assessment, followed by several interviews. I was given feedback, submitted references, and eventually received an offer. Finally, I integrated into the company.
- Can you tell me about your skills with data?
