First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entrega.
Project Coordinator
It was a quick, in-person interview, and they were really upfront about everything. A bunch of people were involved, and they seemed to genuinely care. They did their best to answer my questions and were pretty helpful. Honestly, I've had way worse interview experiences. They also kept in touch pretty quickly.
- Can you share your experience with project coordination?
- Walk me through a project you coordinated, detailing your responsibilities and the results.
- How would you approach a situation with competing demands from project stakeholders?
Project Management Analyst
My interview process began well, but the in-person interview with Enrega was truly the worst. I've never written a review before, but my experience was so negative I felt I had to. The first interview was with an HR person who was super helpful and nice. After we talked, he mentioned he'd reviewed my application with leaders and I was a good potential fit, so I was invited to the office. He even gave me specific topics to think about for the interview. When I went in, I met with two senior leaders. The first one was nice and seemed genuinely interested in my background. But the second person was incredibly rude, condescending, and just didn't seem interested. He started asking about technical skills that weren't mentioned at all in the job description and didn't ask about the topics the HR person suggested, making my prep a total waste. When he saw I didn't have the skills he thought I needed, he completely dismissed my experience. He also used my questions to talk about himself and brag about his career. I get I might not have been the right fit, but that's what screening is for. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Applications Developer
So first, you gotta apply, usually online or send your resume and cover letter. Then they look at all the resumes to see who's a good fit. Sometimes they'll give you a quick call to chat about your experience and see if you're right for the job. After that, I had an interview with their whole development team where we talked about my past work and the tech I've used.

Interviewee
Two in-person interviews, 1 hour each. First round was with direct manager(s). Second interview was a week later with senior leadership. Interview style was conversational and sessions were valuable - learned a lot about the role and the business. Was asked a lot about my experience with client/account management and conflict resolution.
- Can you share your background and professional history?
- Is working full-time in the office a possibility for you?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a challenging or uncooperative client. What steps did you take to manage it?
