After a recruiter phone screen, I had a standard interview with 3 team members from different departments: AD, CW, and AE. Following these interviews, an offer was extended, which was open to negotiation.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really frustrating process. I started with a recruiter call, and they asked for writing samples right away. Then it took two weeks to hear back if the team wanted to interview me. After that, I had five 30-minute interviews with each team member over two days. Some of these got rescheduled last minute. Once all those interviews were done, I waited over three weeks for an update. The recruiter kept putting me off, and I finally got a rejection after reaching out to a team member, a full three weeks after my interviews. No feedback was given. It felt like a huge waste of time and pretty disrespectful.

I had a great experience meeting with the team... you could tell that they enjoy working there, are passionate about the company and the work they do and genuinely want to get to know you as a person.

First, I had an in-person meeting with my direct supervisor, followed by a phone call with the VP of the account (who was out of the office that day). Then, there was a pre-screen phone call with HR.
