First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entrance Software.
Marketing Member
I got hired really fast after they found me on LinkedIn. It was two phone interviews back-to-back and then two group interviews onsite. The interviewers did a great job selling Entrance as a cool place to work, and they really seemed to care about making sure it was a good cultural fit for both me and the company. They even talked about some of the Glassdoor reviews with me. I knew exactly what the culture was like before I took the job.

Energy Consulting Intern
The hiring process was super technical and direct. I had a one-on-one interview with the IT lead. It was my first time in this kind of interview, so I was pretty nervous.
- Could you debug this code?
- Can you design a database?
Software Consultant
It was a short interview. I first met with a recruiter. Then I was asked some basic programming questions, like understanding a simple coding example and designing a relational database for a problem they gave me.
