We had a few stages: first a preliminary screen or quiz, then a live coding interview, and finally a multi-hour on-site interview. The screen covered basic math, engineering, and CS stuff. The live coding interview involved one or more problems to be solved in about an hour. The on-site included some on-the-board work and talking with the leaders.

I applied online through LinkedIn. First, they will ask you to provide some code samples. If they like it, they are going to set up a phone interview, it will be technical but not coding. You will need to know some algorithms basic and more importantly, learn about python as much as possible. If they like you, they'll give you a coding interview with two of their developers. My coding interview went great, I solved 2 questions, optimized, had a great chat. Two days later, I was told I wasn't a good fit. I have no idea what I should improve before applying again.

I applied online and then connected with an employee at a career fair. This led to a phone interview with someone in Austin. The call was about 1.5 hours and focused on computer science topics. While the questions were basic for a CS major, they were challenging for me as a mechanical engineer. A few simple math questions were included at the end. I thought the interview went well and was tough, but I didn't advance to the on-site stage.
