First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entertainment Publications dba Entertainment Promotions.
Graphic Production Artist
I had a phone call with someone who was chill, then I met with a woman in person. She asked weird questions and seemed to be trying to trip me up. After that, she ghosted me and never got back to me, no matter how many times I followed up.
- Tell me about a time you got mad.
Account Executive
Submitted resume on their job board, no way to follow up. First contact was from an HR rep at their corporate office. The first phone interview was a basic explanation of the job, with simple questions to ensure eligibility and basic requirements. A second phone interview was set up with the same HR person about a week later. This second phone interview was more detailed, reviewing the resume and digging into sales experience with some situational questions. Then, an online sales and personality assessment was given, and if it passed, a paper application and pre-employment paperwork were filled out. If a good candidate, the HR person set up a third phone interview with the local sales manager. This interview was almost identical to the second one, but with the potential direct manager. Finally, a fourth in-person interview was scheduled with the local sales manager. This interview was mostly a get-to-know-you opportunity, with some review of previous interviews. The process felt a bit drawn out and required a lot of investment, especially since the job wasn't ultimately offered. There was no feedback on areas for improvement or added skills that might have influenced the hiring decision.

VP Sales & Marketing
First, HR gave me a call. Then I went in for an in-person interview where I met with a bunch of my future peers and managers in a round robin. Finally, I had a chat with the hiring manager.
- Were there questions that matched the job and my background?
Manager
Went through the interview process twice, with a total of thirteen interviews. They're not the quickest to respond initially, but it's a good company that treats its employees well.
