I had an initial prescreen with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the department's supervisor, which went well. After that, I moved to a writing assessment. Once I passed the writing assessment, I was invited to a final interview with the supervisor and two team leads. Interestingly, the people invited were not the ones who actually interviewed me. The recruiter was supposed to follow up, but never did. I emailed them and was told they went with another candidate.

Behavioral Technical

Had an initial virtual interview with the recruiter. Passed and another interview was scheduled. The next interview went extremely well, seemed like a great fit, received two thumbs up! Last interview was scheduled for the next morning, fast process. This interview was a 180 from the first two interviews. The person was 15 minutes late and not prepared. Only asked a few questions, had a difficult time locating my resume - seemed extremely distracted. Never heard back though I was assured I would be advised either way.

So, the company gave me an offer and I accepted it. But then, they rescinded it the very next day. When I accepted, I asked if the salary could be increased a bit more. The offered salary was in the middle of the range for the role, so I thought it was fair to ask. The next day, they said they were rescinding the offer and moving forward with candidates who would accept less for the role. I asked if they'd reconsider me at my requested pay, and they said no, and that my candidacy was done for the position. The interview process involved an initial phone screen with HR to discuss salary and general fit. Then I had to complete an Excel test, followed by meetings with the team, the hiring manager, and the VP of Sales.
