The whole hiring process took 4 months. During the first interview, the interviewer told me I talked too much. After the second interview, it took them 6 weeks to schedule the third. For the third interview, they scheduled it but didn't send me the invite, so I had to reschedule because I only found out about it 30 minutes before. Then, they told me they wanted to hire me and just wanted me to have one more informal meeting, only to call me a week later and tell me I wasn't qualified. Please treat candidates with more respect.

I had an initial interview with HR on camera, which was weird because it's usually over the phone. The compensation offered for this junior, low-paying role was ridiculous given the scrutiny. Then, I had a second interview with the managers, which was very short and blunt. I also had to complete an Excel test. HR was condescending during the test, demanding to see me and my screen like I was a criminal and accusing me of cheating when I was in the macros function. She seemed new to the company and didn't know what she was doing. The professionalism was lacking from the start, with HR sipping coffee during the first interview. They treat candidates like criminals and accuse them of things that aren't true. It's no wonder the job listing has been up for months. I strongly advise others to stay clear of this role and company.

I applied online through their direct website, and received the phone interview about 3 weeks later. I was interviewed by a 3rd party recruiting group and the phone interviewed lasted about 45 minutes. The guy interviewing me was not a friendly person and contradicted himself throughout the entire interview. He first asked for my salary range, and when I told him, he said that's pretty fair based on your experience and you seem like a good candidate for this position. As he kept asking more behavioral questions, I answered every question with professionalism and integrity. Then at the end of the interview he says I am an unqualified applicant based on my experience, when the first question he asked he was my regarding my salary and he was saying how it's a perfect match. So after pretty much nailing every interview question he can find online, he just found ways not to advance me. Just seems out right shady and way to waste people's time.

I'd always wanted to work at eOne, and after seeing the Production Financing Analyst job opening on their careers page, I submitted my application. A couple of weeks later, the talent acquisition manager reached out, and we had a phone chat so they could find out more about my background and talk about the job. She was nice and it felt more like a chat, which was great. She did say they were interviewing other people and making decisions, so don't read too much into anything. It's been nearly a month now, and while I get they're busy, it would be good to know what's happening so I'm not left hanging.
