Behavioral Technical

It was a 2-step interview process plus a behavioral assessment. The first step was a chat with Talent Acquisition, then the second step was with the Service Desk Team Leads. The behavioral assessment itself was super quick and simple, and it sent my results right back to me once I finished it.

Director Easy Neutral experience Decline offer

Saw ads for this role on Indeed.com multiple times. The salary range seemed decent. The surprising thing was that the job was based in Florida, not Phoenix. I decided not to move forward after reading reviews that mentioned high employee turnover, bad management, and a lack of loyalty to job stability. Definitely do your homework on this one!

I got a referral from a family member who set up a time for me to meet with the recruiter. When I got there, they immediately took me to a room for a full interview. Even though I didn't have prior IT work experience, I was comfortable with technology from my personal life. They ended up offering me an internship, and it eventually led to a full-time role on the team.

It was pretty straight forward, they were very polite and focus on the ability and quality that I can bring to the company. They made feel very relaxed when I was in the office with them. I can say i was very nervous but soon after the introduction I felt very relaxed
