First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enterprise Car Sales.
Management Intern
I had a quick phone call interview first, then after that I was invited for a video interview on Teams which was about 30 minutes long. They asked around 8 or 9 questions, and about 70% of them were specific to the role.
- What makes you want to join Enterprise?
Management Trainee
The interview process was easy, with three interviews in total. Nothing too intense was asked. All the interviewers were really fair and nice. It was also a fairly quick process, and I heard back pretty quickly. The last interview was with an area manager.
- How do you manage to stay organized during your week?
Sales Associate
It's a gauntlet of tests and questions to see if you're a good fit. It's a two-way street, so we're assessing fit and you're showcasing your skills. Then there's the opportunity stage where you present yourself. First, we have the impression dash to build rapport fast. Then, the confidence climb to scale a ladder of self-belief. We'll do a storytelling spotlight where you weave your experiences into compelling narratives. There's a question marathon to test your knowledge and quick thinking. You'll also go through the future vision tunnel to demonstrate how you align with our trajectory. Finally, a collaboration canvas to paint a picture of teamwork and synergy.
- Where do you envision yourself in five years?
Sales Consultant
Typically, this company promotes from within. The interview process usually involves one round with management, starting with the branch manager and then the area manager. The interview lasted about an hour and focused on your ability to handle different personalities and work within a team.
