I applied for jobs on Saturday after attending a career fair on Friday. I reached out to HR on LinkedIn Saturday and got an interview invitation via email on Monday. I also connected with a former classmate who works there. The interview was on Tuesday. A background check started processing on Thursday. HR was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

I applied online and a few days later got an email for the first HR screening interview. The person asked like three basic questions, and the call was about 10-15 minutes. They said my experience fit the role and that they would check with the hiring manager and get back to me by the end of the week. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything since. I think my salary expectations were higher than what the role paid because the vibe changed after we talked about money. Once I gave my salary range, the interview basically ended, and I didn't get to ask any questions. It was okay and polite, but if salary was the main thing, putting the range on the job post would've been better.

The process was smooth, professional, organized, and informational. The recruiter made the process easy and welcoming. The interview was well structured and all of my questions were answered. The length of the interview was just the right amount, not too long, not too short.
