Customer Delivery Manager
I was contacted to schedule a first call and setting it up was seamless. However, the interview was cut short because the interviewer realized I didn't have the required 2 years of relevant experience, which was clearly stated on my application and resume. It felt like a waste of time for both of us. The interviewer seemed ill-prepared and asked redundant questions that were already on the application.
- Do you have authorization to work in the US?
- What is your current location?
- What is your total years of experience?
Product Owner
I had a really bad interview with an HR from Integral today. The HR was late for our call and didn't even say sorry. What's worse, she didn't seem to know anything about my background or what the job actually needs. She told me I didn't have enough experience, even though I'd sent my resume with all the details beforehand. I felt like my time and effort weren't valued. She obviously didn't read my resume. The interview wrapped up fast, and I felt pretty down. Total waste of time. You should probably avoid this company.
- Could you tell me how many years of experience you have?
Scrum Master
I applied in mid-October for a Scrum Master position. Initially, I had a recruiter screening call over Zoom, but it turned out to be just a call with no video. After no response for a few weeks, I followed up and directly got an interview invite for a panel with four people over Zoom. The initial invite didn't include the job description, and even after asking multiple times, the HR only shared it later. The JD didn't mention scaled agile, but the very first question in the interview was about my knowledge of SAFe, which they were specifically looking for, along with SAFe certification and extensive experience. All interviewers seemed disengaged, barely showing any expressions or reacting to my answers, making it feel like I was talking to a bot. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
- Can you discuss your knowledge of SAFe?
- What is your experience with SAFe?
- Tell me about your experience in agile coaching.
Support Specialist
Got contacted by HR via call/email to set up an interview with two managers from the relevant departments. Had a single video call interview with those managers, they were nice. HR followed up with calls and emails a few days later. It was pretty smooth sailing. The catch was, HR told me they'd email an offer letter that I had to accept within 48 hours via email/DocuSign. I got the offer letter 42 hours later at 4am and didn't see the email until just after it expired. When I told their HR rep this (with proof of timestamps), they gave me less than two hours to decide on something that's a big deal for my future. All the benefit details were only in the offer letter, so no time to look them over. Since this was in the middle of my workday with my current job, I only saw their two-hour extension email, plus another email saying the offer was gone, three hours later. Honestly, it's not reasonable to expect people to make life-changing decisions in two hours during the workday. I don't know how much HR is involved in the company's day-to-day, but based on this, I'd check out other places, especially with the job market right now. And because of this whole mess, I wouldn't accept an offer from them anyway. Oh, and the 17 days of vacation/PTO also includes sick days.
- Can you tell me about your experience with the specific applications listed in the job description?
