First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entech.
Marketing
The interview process was straightforward and consisted of three interviews. The final stage was held in person at headquarters, where I met with two executives in a combined session that effectively functioned as two interviews in one.
- Can you provide an overview of some marketing projects you've worked on previously?
Software Engineer
Had 2 rounds of interviews, both in person. The first one was a deep dive into technical stuff. The second one was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and I felt they were mainly checking for job fit. The interviews weren't too hard, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. The last round was politely turned down with a reason about the CEO not being available.
- Can you tell me why we should hire you?
- Describe the hardest problem you've encountered and how you resolved it.
- Could you explain what transactions are?
Director
I had a good interview with Entech and met with leadership twice. The process was thorough, professional, and organized. I visited the office and met key team members who were all honest, welcoming, and kind. I turned down the offer because I needed more flexibility (hybrid work), but I was impressed. Entech is transparent about its strengths and areas for improvement. It seems like a good company to work for.
- How would you manage a team located in different places?
- How would I manage from afar?
- How would you handle managing a remote team?
Software Engineer in Test
First, there was a phone call with recruiters where we talked about the company and what you expect from Entech as your employer. Then, I had an interview with the client I would be working with. They asked technical questions, personal questions, and talked about my experience. After that, I got a contract offer, so make sure you read it carefully and ensure they aren't trying to mislead you.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenge?
