First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ensurem.
Backend Developer
It was a fun process including a code assessment and a code review! The team seemed very nice and there weren't too many difficult questions asked. They were very quick to inform me about next steps (usually within an hour). Overall great experience.
- What makes you prefer backend development?
Content Marketing Specialist
I applied on indeed and heard back from HR the next day for a screening. She was really nice and helpful and set up the next interview, and followed up right after. The interview was on MS teams with some marketing folks who were also super nice and helpful. I got feedback right after the interview too!
- Can you describe your approach to creating content within highly regulated environments?
Quality Assurance Analyst
The interview had questions about personality, merit, expectations, and hypothetical scenarios. It was tough but manageable. The interviewer was nice and explained each step and the onboarding process if I got the job.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
