Senior Product Marketing Manager
I recently interviewed for a marketing role at Therapy Brands, and it was by far the best interview process I’ve experienced. From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and incredibly efficient. Rolando is the best recruiter I’ve worked with—he was engaged, responsive, and even set up a warm transfer to the hiring manager the next day, making for the smoothest interview kickoff ever. The conversation with the hiring manager was insightful, giving me a clear picture of the team, priorities, and company structure. That same week, I interviewed with leadership and was very impressed. Their passion for what they do was evident, and I truly felt like a priority. This process validated that Therapy Brands was the right choice for me, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team.
- What are your reflections on your experience and how you can contribute value to the team?
Demand Generation Manager
So, I was initially interviewing for a product marketing position, but towards the end, they decided I might be a better fit for demand generation, which made the process a bit longer. It went like this: First, a 15-minute chat with Rolando, the head of talent. Then, I spoke with Cory, VP of product marketing, for 30 minutes, and then Janet, VP of corporate marketing, also for 30 minutes. After that, I met with Anjali, VP of demand gen, and then Justin, the CMO. The team then discussed it and thought I'd be a stronger candidate on the demand gen side. So, I had additional meetings with someone from sales, the CCO, and the VP of Demand Gen again.

Customer Support Manager
My application was referred by someone already working there, which led to a call from a recruiter. Even though we set a time, it was changed without asking me. I was able to make the new time, but the recruiter who rescheduled couldn't make it. Instead, I spoke with someone else and was told I'd get feedback. Since the holidays were coming, I figured there'd be a wait. When I hadn't heard back by the second week of January, I followed up. The first recruiter gave me two options, but they both conflicted with things I already had planned. I told them I could be available for a 15-hour window, but they didn't respond. Then, a third recruiter reached out, making it three total. It felt like nothing was moving forward, so I assumed the job was off the table. But then the third recruiter contacted me again to say they were offering the job to someone else. The reason they gave was that 'scheduling time with you was becoming an issue.'
- Are you available to talk at these two times?
Director of Engineering
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I talked to a recruiter and the hiring manager. Then, I went through five more interview rounds over two days with different directors and VPs. Everyone was really friendly and personable. The reason I'm giving this a negative review is what happened afterwards. After I had a good rapport with the recruiter and we were texting and calling, they ghosted me for several days. Then, I got a form email rejection, which seemed like the one they send after a resume rejection, not after all those interviews. They didn't give any feedback that could help me improve. So, it was a really disrespectful end to an otherwise pleasant process.
- Can you explain your understanding of what [engineering discipline] entails?
