Ensono Interview Questions
& Process

Mostly a fit interview where we talked about my high level experience in past roles and relevant work/projects. I also walked through the technical processes of past projects and how they would be relevant to the role.

Ensono interview process has 1 GD round where you need to talk about current topics. Make sure to speak clearly, for 1-2 mins, and say something different from others without hesitation. There are 2 interview rounds where they will ask resume-based and current active topic questions. No coding questions will be asked, just some basic and scenario-based questions. The interview will be 15 to 20 min. Give your intro properly. Don't lie to the interviewer and research the company. There is also a 3-hour round where you just have to say yes to everything. I applied and interviewed with Ensono and was very pleased with how they handled the process. A recruiter first reached out to discuss my profile and the current requirements. After that, I had 4 panel interviews with the internal management. I've been a contractor for 10 years and have done many interviews, some intimidating and harsh, but not with Ensono. I was treated professionally and everyone I interviewed with was friendly and listened. My recommendation is to not give a generic speech; instead, read the requirements and try to address everything the role asks for. The hiring team wants to hire someone to do a specific job and wants to hear about your past experiences that would make them confident you can manage and deliver. Try to be honest, creative, and ask questions.

The interviews happened over the phone. It started with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, someone from his team who consults, some directors, and then another recruiter. The hiring managers, consultants, and directors were alright; I thought I had some good talks with them. The recruiters, though, left me with a bad impression. They would take days to respond and then just disappear. It made what could have been a good experience not so great. I would have been okay if they just told me I wasn't a fit; I've been turned down many times. Feedback is important; I would have respected the company more if they had just made a simple phone call.
