First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ensis Technologies.
Senior Java Developer
The interview process was quite straightforward and went well. I had two interviews, one focused on technical skills and the other on behavioral aspects, with each lasting about 30 minutes. Both of these were conducted via MS Teams, and the interviewers were punctual, well-prepared, and pleasant to interact with. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Sharepoint Developer
I had an online video call with the hiring manager. They told me about the project and asked me some situational questions about my background. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. Since I had experience that really fit what they needed for the project, I made sure to highlight that. They called me back within a few hours to let me know I got the job.

Project Manager
My profile was shortlisted on Linkedin. I got a call from the vendor, and they asked me standard Project Management questions and then filtered my profile. After that, a Zoom meeting with the client was scheduled.

Got referred by a friend who works at Ensis. First, they sent over some online written test questions. After passing that, I had a 30-minute telephonic round the next day. Finally, there was a Skype HR round to confirm I was the right fit.
