HR reached out to me for an interview, which was a screening, and I had very little time to prepare. The next interview happened the same day with a Product Engineer. They asked me if I was a "go with the flow type of guy" in a mocking tone. I wish I had more time to prepare. Don't expect a conversation; treat it like a test.

The interview process started with a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by another phone screen with the HR manager. After that, there were four back-to-back interviews with three engineers (including the hiring manager) and the HR manager. I didn't hear back for two weeks, even though I was told I'd hear back after one week. I also had to prepare and present a 6-10 slide PowerPoint presentation about my past work relevant to the role.

Behavioral Other

I met with several people and enjoyed learning about the company. At the end, HR was supposed to set up a follow-up to finalize things. However, after not hearing back for a week or two, I had to contact them myself and found out they weren't moving forward with my application. I was disappointed not to receive a call about their decision, especially since I felt ghosted. It came across as quite unprofessional.
