This was a really bad interview experience. The hiring manager didn't ask relevant questions and couldn't answer my questions about the company's future. The product's viability seemed questionable, and the company's financial health also seemed iffy. It's strange for a public company to rely so heavily on the founder's financial backing. They also seem to have legal troubles with shareholder lawsuits. After completing many interview rounds, I was ghosted after the final one with no feedback at all.

I had one on one interviews. There were 10 of them, each lasting 30 minutes. They asked for a brief introduction and about my research experience. I was interviewed by engineers, managers, VPs, and founders. We had a lunch break and I got a tour of the facility.

It was super disorganized. A third party HR agency (Xpheno) got me the interview, and it was scheduled a week after the first screening. The first interviewer asked me some basic questions about the job, and then I had a second interview with the team. Two weeks went by with no updates, so I called the HR agency to find out what was up. They told me they'd put the hiring on hold, even though they'd said before they needed someone right away.

Had a phone call with the interviewer. Got scheduled and it got delayed by an hour. The interview actually just wanted to hire a technician. Did not value learning ability or provide growth potential. Fresh Ph.D. is like trash. (Partially true to the industry, but it's the first time that the interviewer will call you just to tell you this). Why not just turn down the resume....
