First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enovis.
Program Manager
Started with a recruiter chat, then a Gallup assessment that took about 30 mins. After that, I didn't hear anything for a week. Then I got a notice with only 2 days to prepare for a meeting with the hiring manager, which seemed like the first real interview round. There were supposed to be two more rounds after that. Honestly, the whole thing felt really disorganized and unprofessional, so I wouldn't go through it again. They also mentioned they can't share the results of the Gallup assessment due to company policy.
- Can you tell me about your experience and qualifications?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
- What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and areas for development?
Learning and Development Manager
I first got a call from a recruiter. Then, I had a video meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I had an online interview where I had to present a scenario and explain how I'd handle it. The whole thing took about two weeks. The interviewers were really nice and chill. I thought I did great, but I was bummed I didn't get the job.
- How would you adapt to changing situations?
- How would you collaborate with management?
Mechanical Engineer
I went through 4 interviews with Enovis. It started with an HR phone screen, followed by 2 interviews with engineers where they got to know me, and then a final technical interview with the team leader. The interviews were pretty chill, mostly discussing my past experience in what felt like an engineering chat. I liked the vibe of the interviews, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. The only bummer was getting a generic rejection email two weeks after the final interview.
- Could you introduce yourself and tell me about your background?
Manufacturing QA Engineer
It started off with a quick Phone screen, followed by a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. I had to do all of the follow up, even the recruiter said she would do that. What made me upset was that even after I got selected to move on to the next round, I still didn't hear back for the next steps. I followed up again, only to find out they had changed their minds and wanted to look at candidates more locally.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
