First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enosis Solutions (Bangladesh).
Software Engineer
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, there was a written test where we had to write pseudocode for simple problems, answer some theory questions, and solve basic bug-finding questions. Then, there was a coding round that lasted one hour and included two problems. The first problem was about basic string operations, and the second was a graph-related problem. I was able to complete both problems in the given time. Finally, a few days after the coding round, an HR representative contacted me by phone and offered me the position. Overall, the interview process was straightforward and well organized, with clear communication throughout.
- The interviewer asked about the thought process behind my approach in the coding round.
- I was asked about the time and space complexity of the solution.
- I was also asked about alternative ways to solve the problem.
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
The test covers topics including Software Testing (Test case writting and Finging bugs), Programming using languages like C++, C#, Java, or Python, and foundational SQL concepts such as queries, joins, and data manipulation.

SEO Manager
We had a 30-minute online initial interview. Then, they sent over an assignment that was pretty big and took me about 4-5 days to finish, with a 7-day deadline. After that, they wanted a face-to-face meeting to talk about the assignment. The HR team didn't let me know beforehand, either on the phone or via email, that I'd have to present the assignment.

UI/UX Designer
So, after my resume was selected, I had this first interview where we chatted about my past work and what they're looking for. Then, I got this assignment with a week to do it, which was pretty tough. Once I sent it in, I had another interview with the CTO to go over the assignment. After that, I had one last chat with HR about the job and my career goals. All the interviews were online, and I could pick my own time. They don't call, so keep checking your email!
