I went in for a face-to-face interview for an AR/AP job. However, it turned out to be just an HR inquiry with some follow-up questions. I had to wait for a long time and didn't even get a proper interview or any details.

First, they'll look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's an initial call with HR to chat about your background, skills, salary expectations, when you can start, and if the role is right for you. After that, you'll have one or more technical interviews to test your coding, system design, and problem-solving abilities. Next up is a managerial or behavioral round where they'll assess how you communicate, work in a team, lead, and handle different situations. If it's a client-facing role, there might be a final round or client interview to make sure you align with the project. If everything goes well, you'll get an offer and can negotiate the terms. Finally, they'll do a background check to verify your documents and work history before you start onboarding.

So the interview process is good, you gotta focus on anatomy and physiology of the human body and know basic English knowledge. Focus on the interviewer's questions thoroughly and then answer. They ask a lot of questions that depend on your answers, so be precise.

So, the interview was about the QAD ERP domain, covering modules like manufacturing, financials, and distribution. There were some technical questions about PROGRESS 4GL, specifically on things like locks and indexes. They also asked me to talk about the work I've done on past projects or with clients. The interviewer was pretty helpful and nice.
